Wire Forming

In 2005, Manufacturing Systems Inc. purchased an AIM™ AFM-3D8-T Machine (below left) to handle all of our in-house wire forming needs. At the time of install, the Fanuc™ M-6iB Robot (below right) was the largest to be integrated with the AIM™ Machine.

Our setup is still one of the largest to be implemented and continues to build cost-effective, high-production wire form parts.

Some examples of parts that can be created include:

• Double Eye Loop
• Wire Form Assemblies Off the Machine
• Large Parts with Complicated Bends
• 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", and 5/16" Wire Sizes in Mild Steel

Our capabilities with the AIM™ Machine and the Fanuc™ Robot are virtually endless. Manufacturing Systems Inc. strives to make very accurate, reliable parts for our customers.
